Warranty Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected, first by our manufacturer, then by our studio team before it’s lovingly packaged and sent to you. That said, we understand that on rare occasions, faults can happen. 

What’s Covered

All jewellery purchased through our online store is covered by a 1 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects.

It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Everyday wear and tear

  • Accidental breakage or mishandling

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, or perfumes

  • Tarnishing due to improper care

We kindly ask that you follow our Jewellery Care Page to help your pieces stay beautiful for as long as possible. Items not cared for according to these guidelines may not be eligible for warranty.

Your Rights

Our pieces come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major fault, and we’ll always do our best to repair or replace pieces that don’t meet our quality standards.

If You Believe Your Item is Faulty

Please email us at info@shaeandsol.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • 2-3 clear images of the item/s

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement of the same item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for warranty claims.
