How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are packed with love and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your piece’s journey to you. Please allow slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days, feel free to get in touch at info@shaeandsol.com.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer shipping within Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future as we grow.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Each piece is delicate by nature. We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, and lotions to keep your jewellery looking its best. Visit our Jewellery Care page for more tips.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our pieces are water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or washing your hands.
Exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions can cause fading or tarnishing over time — especially for our delicate, ocean-inspired designs. A little extra care goes a long way in preserving their beauty.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from high-quality, thoughtfully sourced materials, including 14k & 18k gold-plated Stainless Steel and 925. Stirling Silver Gold Vermeil.
We choose materials that are durable, tarnish-resistant, and gentle on sensitive skin — so you can wear your jewellery with confidence and comfort.

How do I find my ring size?

Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your delivery if your item/s are unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

My piece arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@shaeandsol.com at your earliest convenience, preferably within the first 48 hours of receiving your item/s, and we’ll make it right.
