Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We hope you adore your SHAÈ & SOL pieces, however if you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds, exchanges or store credits may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. 

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • The item is unused and in it's original condition.
  • The item was bought at full price.
  • The item is not earrings
  • Returned with proof of purchase.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on items:

  • For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty. 
  • Any items purchased during a sale are final, unless the item is faulty.
  • Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty. *Excluding our welcome offer.

 

Returns Cost:

For all returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns Processing:

All return items will be inspected and checked once received and it remains at the discretion of SHAÈ & SOL as to whether the item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions above. Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48hrs. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.  

 

How to return an item:

  1. Lodge your return enquiry by contacting us at info@shaeandsol.com including your reason for refund, your name, your order number and 2-3 images of your item.
  2. Once we have received your email please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our SHAÈ & SOL team for further instructions.

 

Earrings & Hygiene

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings. These intimate pieces are made just for you. If you’d like more information before purchasing, we’re always happy to help guide you.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your order, but if something isn’t right, please let us know as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@shaeandsol.com and include 2-3 clear images of the item and your order details. We will be in touch with you for the next steps.
