We currently ship Australia-wide only. We hope to expand internationally as we grow. Thank you for being part of our early journey.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to follow its journey.

Please allow extra time during holiday periods, collection launches, or promotional events.

 

Shipping Options & Timeframes

At checkout, you can choose from:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–8 business days from dispatch

• Express Shipping: Estimated 1–4 business days from dispatch

These timeframes begin after your order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase. Delivery speeds may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier performance.

Packaging 

Every order is packed using cardboard and compostable materials, carefully chosen to be gentle on the planet and beautiful enough to gift, just as it is.

We encourage you to reuse, recycle or compost your packaging. 

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel seems delayed or is taking longer than expected, please get in touch. While we do rely on our postal partners, we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.
